 Welcome to our miniature dachshund doghouse. Mimi and Grampy live here in Lacombe, LA about 45 min. from New Orleans with a variety of mini doxies. We raise each of our doxies in a country setting where they have a lot a yard to run and play. We started raising doxies about 9 years ago. We have enjoyed every day and know that there are many more to come. Each of our dachshunds are raised with family in mind. The doxies are also raised with a good temperament and the ability to socialize with other pets. We have 9 grandchildren. They hold the doxie pups when they are as old as a day and up until they are taken to their new home. The adult dachshunds receive the same attention. On the weekends you can find "our" doxies playing chase in the front yard or snuggling on the sofa with grampy, any of our 9 grandkids, or me. We accept credit cards via paypal ,U.S. money order, western union , and personal checks on deposits only.( deposits are non-refundable) The balance for your new pup is payable by cash, money order, cashiers check, or paypal. Pups that are to be shipped need to be paid for by the time they make 7 weeks, please pay by paypal,U. S. money orders, or certified check. I do ship puppies, but at the buyers expense, this includes:a medium crate ,worming, first vaccine, visit to DR.MAHER, DVM, health certificate, and airfare. A baggie of puppy food will be attached to the crate. Thanking you and your family in advance for the purchase of your new pet(s). We will miss all of her tricks that she could do like no other dog we have ever seen and dance to country music on her hine legs as long as you were dancing with her she was so special to us we thank GOD for the time he let us have her so please take very special care of all your pets you never know when their last day will be. Deposit holds your puppy and the balance is due at 6 weeks of age regardless if you are planning to pick up the puppy or have it travel by air. Puppies sold that are older than 6 weeks - the full price is due upon reservation of the puppy or pickup. After payment is made at 6 weeks, the puppy is yours. No refunds are given unless their is a valid medical reason stated by a doctors letter. Please be careful when ordering a puppy from a breeder to be clear on all fees before you place your non-refundable deposit. Some breeders list low prices and put the added fees in fine print or not at all. They will just say that other fees might apply. Keep this in mind before making your final decision and also ask yourself why they are not up-front and freely list their prices for all to see. Any questions can be clarified before your deposit is placed for your protection. I do not always post my prices I like to speak to the person who is buying my puppy. If the pup will travel by air, you only pay for the air travel fees, the travel puppy crate and the health certificate. My drop off of the puppy to the airport is part of the service we offer. If I know where you live, I will gladly help you get the best travel rate . The puppy crate is $25 and the health certificate is usually $45 from the Vet. All puppies are released with their medical record showing their vaccines as well as the dates of wormings that have been done. The first booster shot and Wormings are included in the price.
